1. Maintain system integrity by processing all updates in eWFM 2. Perform regular schedules test to identify any gaps in coverage. 3. Produce accurate service level forecasts 4. Provide schedule recommendations 5. Manage overtime allowances to compensate for staffing shortfalls 6. Populate schedules and group allowance data monthly 7. Plan holiday staffing to ensure proper staffing is obtained 8. Conduct shift bid activities as required 9. Log & document help desk tickets with software vendor 10. Analyze current processes and recommend changes to increase efficiencies 11. Process status changes in an accurate and timely manner. 12. Run weekly service level meetings with business units 13. Perform supervisor, manager and new hire training on eWFM scheduling processes. 14. Train seasoned WFM analysts resulting in an increase in overall efficiency 15. Utilize the seating software and work with the capacity team and BU to interpret results 16. Provide simulation analysis; enter assumptions and interpret the results in order to provide BU with recommendations. 17. Manage and track overtime hours to the budget on a quarterly basis. 18. Perform quarterly audits of Training and Business Continuity Plan documentation and update as necessary. 19. Process email requests/inquires in a timely and accurate manner. 20. Perform monthly audits of schedules in eWFM 21. Perform quarterly audits of the eWFM and components for maintenance and system clean up. 22. Perform the Supervisor duties in his/her absence. 23. Perform related duties as assigned.
