In this role, you will drive a vital part of the technology strategy to boost customer growth and business expansion at PayPal. You will lead a team in strategy development, prioritization, and delivery of the detailed, crisp business requirements of the PayPal web platform. This includes content management, rendering, and publishing workflows. You will work in cross-functional teams with marketing, product, and engineering partners to enable marketers to quickly launch, test, and measure the effectiveness of their campaigns.

  • Gathering business requirements by working with multiple business partners
  • Defining a bold vision and strategy for the future of web platform, which includes content management, rendering, and publishing workflow
  • Prioritizing, designing, and implementing platform enhancements and fixes to improve operational efficiency and increase go-to-market velocity
  • Working with a cross-functional team of designers, architects, and engineers to develop and breakdown business requirements into user stories
  • Working with the global SEO team to develop and implement SEO best practices into the web platform to drive organic growth

Job Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of Product Management experience, with an emphasis on driving customer conversion across web and mobile experiences
  • Solid web technology understanding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge in SEO, with a command of Google’s quality guidelines, industry trends, and new technologies - such as server-side rendering, AMP, and mobile-first indexing
  • Ability to write clear and concise user stories
  • Experience in defining, owning, and managing a product roadmap
  • Experience working with a content management system or platform
  • Passionate about building great products, innovation, and solving complex customer problems
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive results through collaboration and influence
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or similar field
