• Works with the business from the start of the position creation by gathering the right information on requirement through Position Intake • Creates appropriate pipeline through various job boards, ERP, Internal applications etc • Adheres to the timeline set by the Hiring Manager and TA Manager • Sources and Screens the profiles basis the JD, shares the screened profiles with Hiring panel • Arranges and organizes evaluation for talent using tools or host it in-house. • Post selection negotiates the offer with candidates as and makes a competitive offer in discussion with Manager and CnB as appropriate • Engages with the candidates post offer till joining • Host/Help with Date with PayPal • Be part / lead of strategic TA process • Bring in innovative ways of hiring for talent attraction • Send regular updates to Hiring Managers on status of positions by being proactive

Role Description:

Recruiter is aligned to either skill or Business who manages end to end recruitment of positions, send out reports on a regular cadence, build and executes effective recruitment strategy to close the positions and advises business by sharing hiring needs and trends from Market

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the KPI’s set in the beginning of the year on Source Mix, Ageing, Num of offer, Diversity numbers etc
  • Candidate and Hiring Manager feedback
  • Adherence to Compliance set
  • Alignment to PayPal values by exhibiting the same
