We have an exciting opportunity for a tenured, high performing marketing professional to develop acquisition programmes for small-to-medium business (SMB) audiences in the UK. Reporting directly into the Head of UK B2B Marketing, you’ll work across both paid and owned channels to deliver customer-centric, innovative campaigns that exceed measurable business outcomes. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of the UK SMB customer and their needs to develop highly relevant, highly engaging campaigns to turn every customer touch point and interaction into a valuable, delightful experience.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Develop highly relevant, intelligently informed marketing programmes that measurably improve the entire customer journey from signup through to adoption
  • Champion the UK customer and their needs when collaborating with the Global Marketing Engagement ‘Hub’ team
  • Collaborate with a broader group of international marketers in complimentary functions across Growth and Creative teams to optimise your initiatives and every touch point of the UK customer journey
  • Hands-on management of campaigns across both paid and owned media
  • Own and drive key UK acquisition KPIs

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years’ experience in marketing or related fields, with some of it in the B2B space
  • Relentless problem solver who comes up to speed quickly and who isn’t daunted by ambiguity or shifting priorities
  • A pragmatic and outcome-oriented marketer who knows how to quickly translate ideation and brainstorming into concrete marketing deliverables
  • Experience developing business cases, writing best-in-class briefs, manging agencies, developing propositions, improving customer experiences, and building campaigns from the ground up
  • Comfort with ambiguity and executing within new organisational structures. Not daunted by defining the rules where there are none and working with people more senior and junior to build plans and get things done
  • Extensive experience planning and optimising across marketing channels—paid display, search, paid social, email, landing pages, OOH, print, radio, etc
  • Highly comfortable working in a complex, matrixed-environment with stakeholders in different geographies and time zones
  • Comfortable sole contributor who can prioritise and escalate when needed
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • A sense of humour and a desire to have fun while producing fantastic work alongside fabulous people!
