The Third Party Management (TPM) System Administrator will support managing, configuring and operationalizing PayPal’s software tool, Hiperos.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Configure, maintain and manage PayPal’s third party management software tool, Hiperos
  • Lead all phases of system development, including discovery, business analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and changes requests as needed
  • Assist with the integration and configuration of APIs from multiple functional areas including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Contracts, Enterprise Risk, Privacy, and Information Security
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues and escalate appropriately
  • Serve as the main point of contact on system issue tracking with Hiperos support
  • Lead system enhancement discussions and plans with Hiperos engineer and support teams
  • Partner with key stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable solutions within the Hiperos platform
  • Develop and document Hiperos software test plans including test scripts for updates, changes or modifications.
  • Ensure that all necessary changes are documented, reviewed, tested, and approved before being deployed
  • Maintain update Hiperos documentation; including but not limited to; system and user guides and process flows  
  • Generate reports that will accurately monitor vendor risk progress and provide updates to senior management
  • Engage across team to recognize process efficiencies and promote improvements
  • Works with stakeholders to drive adherence to vendor risk management process for all business lines across the organization
  • Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure excellent information flow and feedback on impacts of process, policy and education
  • Support special projects and initiatives: special projects vary from strategic initiatives to day-to-day operations.  Support needs will vary by project and will require strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Experience and Skills

  • Solid understand of web applications: SaaS, browsers, XML, HTML and SQL
  • 8+years related professional experience
  • Understanding of relational data modeling a plus
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in technical project management
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Impeccable collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to multi-task, manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, self-direct and follow-through with a high attention to detail
  • Some travel may be required
