Responsibilities include:
Leading the execution of change through strong collaboration with product and engineering leaders.
Working with other PayPal products and technology teams, PayPal stakeholders, and regional heads to present to the organization.
Building a culture of data-driven decision-making by helping define OKRs and key metrics and evaluating their progress.
Driving and managing forums for check-ins with product teams, stakeholders, executive leadership and strategic merchants.
Scaling the organization to ensure measurability, ongoing sustainability, and rapid growth.
Partnering closely with PayPal PMO, HR, and Finance teams to create a symbiotic relationship based on trust and transparency.
Creating a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation and learning; promoting continuous improvement and driving the transition to making their product organization highly effective and outcome driven.
Anticipating and aggressively removing obstacles that slow down or prevent programs from delivering on their objectives.
Driving for clarity to keep teams moving forward.
Role Requirements
Technical Acumen
5+ years of strong program management experience preferred
Experience as a Product Manager and/or roles in engineering is preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail-oriented work
Ability to translate complex technical matters into terms understood by business professionals
Business Acumen
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration
Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrixed management environment
Balances technical and commercial acumen; able to communicate “what is possible” and what will have the biggest impact on the business
Able to articulate and manage to key OKRs and use metrics to drive performance and provide data in support of key decisions

Prepares realistic estimates of resource requirements (e.g., budget, headcount) needed to accomplish team objectives
