This role will involve working directly with recruitment team and hiring managers to determine recruiting needs and devise the right approach to secure the best talent against defined criteria. It will be critical to utilize all sourcing channels, internal and external, to deliver good practice and high-quality hires. • Deliver recruitment from mid-level to high level roles by utilizing a wide variety of sourcing channels, maximizing networks, working efficiently and applying creative yet practical thinking to fully support the business on quality of process and candidate assessment • Drive recruiting projects to successful outcome through guiding and advising stakeholders in terms of available talent versus ideal candidates while providing responsive, efficient service balanced with consultative, expert-led approach to recruiting • Adhere to the systems and processes of the Talent Acquisition group including recording all recruiting workflow and documentation on ATS and submitting reporting data within given timelines • Contribute to the continuous development of best practice in attraction and selection of talent by sharing your knowledge and adapting new practices • Undertake ad-hoc projects as required

• 3+ years technical recruiting/sourcing experience in a results driven in-house/ agency setting
• Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Direct sourcing capability including Boolean search techniques and cold calling
• Knowledge of market research, marketing services or consultancy sector recruiting

• Experience leveraging various social media tools (Wechat and Linkedin) to promote the employer brand
