• Partnering with the Senior Management and their teams to provide strategy and direction for major program initiatives within the Enterprise Data Services team.
• This role is primarily focused on delivering to major initiatives in the Regulatory Data Space
• Working with the Technology and Product teams to implement procedures and Project Management methodologies that enable the business unit to deliver on-time, on-quality, on-budget and on-value. This includes driving the continued success of the PayPal Agile Transformation implementation within the business unit.
• Developing and operationalizing standardized portfolio support activities including: reporting, staffing, monitoring, and budget management
• Developing and operationalizing standardized capacity management processes; including: supply and demand in conjunction with portfolio prioritization activities
• Working with the Leadership team to drive overall roadmap planning and prioritize internal initiative work across the PMO and external BUs

  • Ability to present and sell solutions both internally and to other organizations is a plus
  • Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
  • Must be able to build strong relationships with technology and business partners as well as peers
  • Must be able take strategic direction from executive management
  • Must take initiative, be a decisive decision-maker and show confidence in decisions made
  • Must be able to drive and grow talent for direct reports on the team
