As a Product Manager in the Identity team, you will be responsible for creating and launching end to end experiences on a world class Identity platform for 250M+ users across the globe. This position will be cross-functional in nature and you will focus on : Being a customer champion who understands end user problems as well as competitive and market trends in the Identity space. Partnering with cross-functional teams within PayPal to build Identity products and constantly innovate on web ( desktop/mobile ) and native apps ( iOS and Android ) technologies. Engaging closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule. Effectively gathering requirements from stakeholders and driving feature prioritization with internal development teams. Working with our user experience designers to define use cases and related UI wireframes. Defining and measuring key metrics and KPIs for Identity product’s long-term success. Evangelizing the team’s objectives and wins to influence peers and senior management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or closely related discipline and two to four (2-4) years of experience in product management
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. Proven track record of getting things done, managing multiple tasks including communication with internal and external teams while consistently delivering on schedule.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience ( developers, product managers, and senior business leaders ).
  • Understanding of Agile Life Cycle and project planning/execution skills including estimating and scheduling. Knowledge of scrum planning tools ( eg. Jira, Rally is a plus)
