We are looking for a talented and experienced Inside sales professionals within our Inside sales organizations to step up to the challenge to become Team Leaders to assist the Team Managers in having all the team deliver excellence in execution of our sales processes and attain and over achieving on our targets and quotas. The ideal candidates will be already successfully delivering on their target quotas and will be very comfortable to be able to articulate the PayPal value proposition to prospective merchants & lead throughout the sales cycle. Your success in this role will be measured by a set of KPIs and Sales Target Incentive program both for yourself and for the positive effect you have on the success of the entire team. A 100% quota holding Inside Sales Professional that takes on the extra responsibilities and duties as a team leader

-Responsible for ensuring Salesforce Leads/Opps are followed up on and all leads are worked properly

  -6 touches

-Act as a resource for direct reports and rest of floor

-Pace setter for the floor (top performer)

-Maintain team culture

-Aid BDR Manager in additional projects

-Gain exposure to upper management

-Hold 1 hour long, group call coaching per week

  -review call and gain feedback

  -talk over strategy/pipeline management

-Will fill out “Call Coaching Template” for each meeting and email to manager

-TL will act as a mentor to the new hire

•Help gain access to systems
•Take inventory on equipment still needed
•Schedule side by sides
•Mock calls/role play
•Be a resource for new hire questions
•Monitor progress/success

-Top 3 performer within respected location

-Over 100% to goal YTD

-Must not currently be on a Performance Improvement Plan (or within the last 6 months)
