Product/Program owner for digital signage and integrated systems/services. End to end service delivery for things including (but not limited to) Digital Signage Application Administration, System Architecture, new user onboarding, training, communications, and general ticketing and support.

This role for Broadcast Services Engineer will serve as the product/program owner for digital signage and integrated systems and services at PayPal.

At PayPal, digital signage is leveraged to communicate local site announcements, Call Center KPI's, dashboards, videos, and other rich media through network attached displays, globally distributed at every PayPal office location.
This Broadcast Services Engineer role is responsible for end to end service delivery for things including (but not limited to) Digital Signage Application Administration, System Architecture, System Integrations, New Use Cases and Deployments, new user onboarding, training, end user communications, and general ticketing and support.

The applicant for this role must be familiar with all communications channels under the purview of the PayPal Broadcast Collaboration Services department, including: Live Streaming, Video on Demand, Broadcast Email, Digital Signage, and rich content management and other collaboration tools in general. As a member of the Broadcast Collaboration Services team, the applicant for this role must be able to work interchangeably with other members of the team, across channel verticals.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • College Graduate, or equivalent
  • 7+ years customer service/customer-focused work experience
  • 7+ years experience in IT systems administration (on-premise infrastructures, cloud infrastructures, and application architectures).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Advanced understanding of audio/visual systems, their design and implementation, and how to troubleshoot and support them
  • Advanced understanding of content management systems, governance, and user administration
  • Experience in call center environments and understanding of call center success metrics a plus
  • Flexibility in hours and proven ability to work across geographies and cultures; global service delivery
