About GRDT (Global Risk & Data Talent Development):

GRDT is responsible for functional training (onboarding, specific upskilling, etc.) across the organization, alongside people development programs (such as manager development programs and a global rotation program). The team members are spread out across the major Risk sites – San Jose, Tel Aviv, Shanghai and Chennai. The team is also building and operating Risk Central – The site’s education and training platform.


GRDT is looking for a training coordinator for its EMEA region (based in Tel Aviv).

The training coordinator will be in charge of executing and coordinating training programs taking place in Tel Aviv and around the globe (travel is not expected).

This includes:

  • Supporting participants in large scale programs (e.g. flights arrangements, VISA etc.).
  • Supporting all internal and external training needs as defined by GRDT. Includes all-employee programs, new employee courses, and functional area specific training and initiatives
  • Working together with other departments to coordinate dates, speakers, and participants. Some departments are located abroad – so majority of communication will be done in English.
  • Logistics (submitting purchase orders, room set up, food & beverage, ordering needed equipment, materials, schedules, flyers etc.)


  • Education: student status required Bachelor / Master
  • Availability for 50% position or more

  • Excellent coordination, planning and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
  • The ability to work with teams across the organization under a tight schedule
  • Fluent in English (verbal and writing) – a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office: word, excel, PPT, outlook – a must
  • Prior experience with working in global organizations – an advantage
  • Experience with producing events – an advantage
  • Attention to details, Highly reliable
  • The ability to breakdown large projects to detailed tasks
  • Resourceful and independent, has the ability to get the job done within a complex work environment
