Seller Risk Operations Strategy Lead - Will be a key player within the Global Seller Risk Services (SRS) Operations Leadership team, inputting on all strategic initiatives globally.

A typical day for the Strategic Operations Lead will include:

  • Key player within the Global Seller Risk Services (SRS) Operations Leadership team, inputting on all strategic initiatives globally.
  • Leading on many of these key initiatives
  • Working with Global stakeholders to gather input and data which will be key to defining the strategic direction of Global SRS Operations
  • Collaborating with the Global SRS Ops and Policy Leaders to understand the questions they are trying to solve.
  • Identifying key business opportunities for improvement in the Seller experience and ground recommendations with insights and significant data / analytics
  • Developing an understanding of the Seller experience and identify the resources available to best investigate and address key issues.
  • Organizing and manipulating raw and/or disparate data to generate comprehensive key findings.

  • You will collaborate across and outside of SRS operations, being the interface to our global partners including not exclusive to data/BI/Consumer risk and compliance teams.
