We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the Payment Services team. This team is responsible for delivering platform capabilities for all incoming and outcoming payment transactions including integration with external bank partners and other payment service provider partners. In this role you will lead a team of business analysts who are responsible for requirements definition and integration analysis of new partners as well as core platform processing services. You will work closely with the Alliance Partnership team who are responsible for bank partner relationship management and the Payments Operations team who are responsible for daily payment processing.


  • Works closely with the alliance partnership team on prioritization and execution of the financial network roadmap.
  • Works closely with payment operations to increase payment automation and reduce daily processing issues through continuous feedback and constant optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with other product managers, technical architects, engineers and other cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure that the product solution delivers against business objectives.
  • Manage and coach a team of Business Analysts.
  • Responsible for driving partner integration standardization and optimization.
  • Define product strategies, use cases and requirements for new features and products.
  • Define project scope and objectives.
  • Meets with project teams regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
  • Provides final signoff on features under management.


  • A post-secondary degree, in computer science, business and/or engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as a technical product manager or business analyst in the payments or software industry.
  • Strong payments domain expertise and payments industry experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, well organized and disciplined execution skills.
