Senior Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead will lead large-scale, highly complex technical initiatives and/or projects requiring integration of cross-functional systems. Provides technical guidance in evaluating applications systems or evaluating requests for proposals. This person will be working directly with business stakeholders, solution/technical architect, business analyst and quality leads to help analyze and design solutions for business requirements. Senior Developer will not only be responsible to take on the development work himself at onsite but also guide offshore development team to meet the deadlines and deliver quality work.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Participate in all phases of software development life cycle including working with architects in understanding the design of requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment and support
- Develop high quality and scalable application logic with Apex and SOQL
- Develop highly interactive UI using Lightning Components and JQuery technologies

- Develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications using JourneyBuilder, Salesforce Sync etc.
- Develop custom applications using and integrate with other systems
- Apply best practices and design patterns of best of breed applications developed on the platform
- Design and generate Salesforce dashboards, reports and statistics that support better decision making and process improvement within the organization, including sales forecasting, win/loss analysis, and market trend analysis, etc.
- Assist with release management/code migration with the release manager
- Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management
- Assist with database de-duping and clean up procedures, including data migrations and/or mass data uploads
- Work closely with other administrators, developers in the team, architects, business analysts, and project managers


- 6+ years of strong development experience with
- Proficient in custom objects, workflow and validation rules, email templates, formulas, dashboards & reporting, Sandbox-to-Production processes
- Extensive experience of Apex (Language, Trigger, Class, Web Service), Visual Force (Page, Component, Controllers), SOQL
- Experience working with Salesforce API and integrating third-party components into Salesforce
- In depth knowledge and experience of REST/SOAP APIs and building integration with Salesforce
- Training and experience as a Salesforce Developer (SF 501 Certification is preferred)
- Good amount of experience working with Lightning and Process Builder
- Experience with release and change management solutions.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated; works independently
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, especially in representing their technical expertise to a diverse audience
