Xoom, a PayPal Service, is one of the fastest growing digital money services companies in the world. Xoom is looking for a Sr. Product Manager in the San Francisco office to join our Risk and Compliance team and help us deliver the next generation of international money services.


  • Partner with other Xoom Product Managers, UX Leads, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to bring its Risk Roadmap and Strategy to life.
  • Be able to translate the needs of the Risk and Compliance team into a core set of common Platform Capabilities and features.
  • Ensure Xoom’s risk-based solutions are best-in-class and are successful in both increasing customer satisfaction and driving down operational costs.
  • Explore new solutions, technologies and partnership opportunities that will keep Xoom at the forefront of innovation.
  • Continuously analyze user data, usability studies, market research and competitive information to report on the success-of and to enhance Xoom’s Risk and Compliance portfolio.
  • Bring visibility across the organization to the Xoom’s Risk and Compliance Roadmap, its successes, its challenges, and its opportunities for further growth.
  • Present business cases, product roadmaps and strategies to other teams, key stakeholders and executives.
  • Own the entire product line life cycle from inception, strategic planning, delivery to live launch, post launch tracking and ongoing product management, enhancement and development.


  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
  • Previous experience developing creative solutions in product, process or policy that delivered business results.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to clearly communicate user experience issues and solutions to both business and technical audience.
  • Ideally, previous experience working with cross functional groups and matrix organizations.
  • Previous experience in payments or risk management is helpful.
