The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the PayPal Business Loan and integration into PayPal. The individual in this role will focus on developing new platforms and customer solutions to meet the needs of Small and Medium Businesses (SMB). Working in close partnership with the PayPal Credit Product teams, this individual will obsess about creating best-in-class scalable platforms while driving business growth through new enhancements to drive through compelling customer experiences for business lending.

Manage up to 2 agile scrum teams within the PayPal Credit delivery organization.
- Engage on a daily basis with other scrum team members including developers, QA engineers, Scrum Masters and APMs.
- Work directly with other product owners to help influence and deliver initiatives that require work to be completed with domains outside of credit to deliver business objectives.

- Define product requirements, work with the team and business partners to groom the backlog, prioritize work into sprints.

- Define problems and actively with development teams to create solutions to delight our customers.
- Maintain a clear vision of what is being delivered to the business
- Attend daily agile ceremonies
- Attend product demos 
- Participate in sprint and release planning events
- Communicate status of the teams that they represent
- Work with other teams to define Gives and Gets
- Participate/assist in End to End testing activities

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager on a Scrum team
- Good problem solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of Payments, Credit or lending
- Working knowledge of Rally not required but a plus 
- Familiarity with PayPal products and offerings (Credit, Consumer, and Merchant)
- Strong Team Player

Requirements :
Product Management with 6+ years experience in SaaS focused role. Financial and Payments companies preferred. 
Excellent business judgment and maturity. Knows and does what is best for the business. 
Comfortable and willingness to roll up his/her sleeves and dive deep into complex problems
He/she will influence product colleagues to drive intuitive, elegant end-to-end user experiences optimized to deliver new PayPal customers. 
Understanding of the financial services, financial tech and payments industry/ecosytem a plus. 
Comfort with ambiguity and constant change. Masterful ability to juggle and prioritize. 
Proactive self-starter that anticipates needs and is highly accountable
