In this role, you will work to understand the current PayPal Home experiences along with all their supporting features across our technology stacks. Then, as the Sr. Product Manager for Home, you will identify the problems, friction points and enhancement that will drive a new innovative experience that will meets the needs of our consumer base, new or existing throughout their life cycle, keeping them engaged on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong judgement, customer obsession and analytical mindset. You must be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You will need to navigate ambiguity and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. You will be responsible for features, governance and the content that make up the end-to-end experience of PayPal consumer products, and for ensuring we maintain a high quality, consistent and compelling user experience.

Requirements

You are a senior technical product leader with a head for business, and a pragmatic, strategic approach to problem-solving. You are highly data driven. You are hands-on, non-political, with the ability to influence leaders across different business and functional teams.

You are consumer focused and have demonstrated examples of successfully delivering compelling user features for consumer products. You are execution focused and can appropriately prioritize and manage conflicting requirements. You have proven your ability to establish credibility at the executive level and experience gaining consensus and approval for product planning efforts across multiple functional leaders. Ideally, you have developed consumer-facing features by partnering with design and research teams, quantifying your hypothesis with data and then executing with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop roadmaps and drive key product initiatives.
  • Develop feature requirements and facilitate agreement with key stakeholders.
  • Define success metrics, develop A/B tests and analyze product performance.
  • Utilize data analytics, research, product reviews, user feedback and product testing to ensure consistency and quality across all end user features.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners (e.g. content, marketing, advertising, finance, etc.) and development partners (e.g. design, engineering and data science).
  • 5+ years of experience.

Education

  • EE, CS degree or similar technical background.
