As a Product Manager, you will explore the problem/solution space, define the strategy and lead PayPal teams through a fast-moving lean process that is fueled with customer empathy. Your role spans all devices (phones, tablets, desktops) and platforms. You will also be part of an amazing Product Management team with many opportunities to learn and grow. The right person will have technical fluency with a strong sense of user experience, tact and the mindset of always keeping our users first. You will be leading, inspiring and working with multiple groups of people across different levels and teams (Payments, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Marketing) to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and inspiring a cross-functional teams across PayPal in creating and launching innovative web experiences for the Wallet across desktop, tablet and mobile based on mobile-first designs.
  • Identifying and quantifying the opportunities by continually assessing the needs of the customer, market trends, competitive opportunities and threats.
  • Creating and managing worldwide product road maps, prioritization and constraints to ensure consistent execution of the product life cycle process from concept to launch.
  • Helping the teams move forward swiftly through rigor, speed and transparency in decision-making and removing roadblocks.
  • Ability to identify opportunities in the organization around you (process, people) and drive change to improve.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with exposure to building technical products.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and delivering successful large-scale web products.
  • Experience designing simple and intuitive web user interfaces with a great eye for visual design and detail.
  • History of leading and executing in fast-paced, high-growth ambiguous environments.
  • Display a deep understanding of empathy for our customers.
  • Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product decisions.
