PayPal consumer org is hiring a product leader who can break new grounds with new P2P products and experiences to customers globally. Customers today rely on PayPal P2P to pay their love ones, acquaintances, and merchants but we don’t settle on the status quo. This is where you come in. Responsibilities: 

  • Be the customer champion for P2P customers who need to send money fast and with confidence. 
  • Create learning plans in order to uncover customer needs, jobs and delighters. Drive clarity and confidence of customer research, data and insights. 
  • Prioritize diligently and focus on doing fewer things better, faster and with higher quality. You cut through red tape like it is confetti. 
  • Be truth-seeking. You design experiments and conduct research that cut through the noise to find what’s working for the customer or not. 
  • Own the success and failure of customers’ experience with PayPal P2P and be accountable for the customer and business results. 

Requirements: 

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent, plus hands-on software product management experience in web and mobile apps. MBA is a plus. 
  • 5+ years experience launching consumer products that people rely on daily. You think about customer experiences in jobs, journeys and KPIs. 
  • Holistic thinker and strategizer. You cover all basis and edge cases but you prioritize and focus on what matters most. 
  • Masterful clarity driver. You thrive in ambiguity and bring structured thinking or framework to assist and drive decision making. 
  • Fortitude – you see obstacles as opportunities. You take feedback well and as a gift.
