Senior Product Manager, P2P Growth and Monetization

PayPal’s Peer-to-Peer Payment team is hiring a product leader who’s passionate about building amazing products and delivering meaningful business results. What you’ll be doing:  

  • Lead a range of Growth and Monetization initiatives for send and receive money experiences, and drive them to successful outcomes; define, implement and evaluate metrics and goals to ensure successful outcomes for our customers and our business
  • Formulate product strategy and create product roadmaps by marrying in-depth customer research and structured data analysis
  • Inspire the company with bold, delightful and game-changing ideas and test them iteratively across mobile and web platforms; drill into the test results and feed the learnings back into product development loop
  • Lead and collaborate with a highly diverse team of engineers, designers, analysts and rally the product development team and internal cross-functional partners towards achieving shared outcomes (OKRs)
  • Prioritize ruthlessly and focus on doing fewer things better and faster
  • Constantly look for opportunities to improve how we operate as a team so that we can “dream in years and ship in days;” be the change agent and evangelize best practices across the company

What you bring:

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent. MBA or strong analytical background and fluency in data science and machine learning concepts are highly valued.
  • Great Product Sense: 6+ years of experience shipping consumer products that people crave and love. Prior growth product experience is a huge plus.
  • Business Acumen: deep understanding of growth loop and network business models; strong track record of defining and driving initiatives to achieve product KPIs.
  • Growth Mindset: insatiable curiosity and openness to feedback
  • Customer empathy: you love talking to customers and getting to the why of everything
  • Get Stuff Done/Grit: you enjoy tackling challenging problems in a fast-paced environment and see obstacles as opportunities for parkour and fun.
