PayPal Consumer Growth team is looking for a hands-on, experienced Senior Product Manager to build growth product experiences to drive customer activation, adoption, engagement and retention. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key growth product initiatives focused on building engaging experiences for our customers.

PayPal Consumer Growth product team focuses on envisioning, strategizing and building compelling experiences to drive business impact by growing customer base through all stages of their journey with PayPal.

As a Senior Product Manager within Consumer Growth team, you will be responsible for envisioning and building growth product experiences to drive customer activation, adoption, engagement and retention. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap and execution of key growth product initiatives focused on building engaging experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business impact through building compelling and engaging end to end experiences.
  • Build and manage product roadmaps to drive customer growth through all stages of customer lifecycle.
  • Define and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to identify, implement and rollout growth initiatives.
  • Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies and competitive analysis to identify and execute on growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience building consumer web/mobile products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion to drive business impact through building compelling and engaging experiences.
  • Experience developing and executing multivariate tests to learn, iterate and drive decisions.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with extreme attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with teams across geographies and business units.
