We are seeking a passionate Sr. Product management professional for the Cards Payments Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for building, deploying, maintenance, and ultimately driving the adoption of all of PayPal’s card platforms across APAC. Cards platform powers PayPal payments and experiences for PayPal's ecosystem of Consumers, Merchants and Developers.

Deliver the card product strategy in the APAC region through efficient payment solutions, optimizing costs, and developing best in class cards platform.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Own the resolution of end to end card platform issues.
  • Work cross-functionally with other product managers, product development, customer support, operations, legal, compliance, vendors, and other function areas on go-to market activities or resolving complex live issues and to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with global/regional teams/, technical architects, engineers and other cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure that the product solution delivers against business objectives.
  • Develop and enhance analytics to track and manage Product performance relative to internal goals.
  • Lead product design and development in consultation with stakeholders such as User Interface Design, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Project Management.
  • Partner with local markets to get a better understanding of the banking landscape and the market changes that would impact PayPal, being proactive in making the PayPal systems compliant with the market changes.

Basic Qualifications

  • The position requires strong knowledge of payments and card business.
  • The position also requires strong product management background in bringing new products to market.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business initiatives.
  • 7+ years of overall industry experience with 5+ years in Tech/Payments industry. Bachelor’s required..
  • The ideal candidate has a detailed knowledge of payment systems in general including card systems. Knowledge of PayPal is a plus.
