As the Product Manager for Simility (a PayPal Service), you will be responsible for managing the strategic direction of Simility’s flagship product and ensuring that it is aligned with customer demands, market evolution and company goals. The successful candidate will use both quantitative and qualitative means to deeply understand our customers’ needs; create innovative solutions to meet those needs;work with cross-functional teams to deliver those solutions; and carefully track the key business metrics and behavioral analytics in order to continuously and iteratively improve our customers’ experience and business results.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum experience of 5 years with at least 2 years of relevant product management experience in fraud analytics, ecommerce, SaaS, or relevant technology company.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; team player that can work with various cross-functional departments to get things done
  • Experience on a growth engineering team desired
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent. MBA preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to define, scope, and drive a strategic roadmap that aligns with business priorities and customer needs. Responsible for strategic planning to tactical creation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, and working side by side with the User Experience team to bring them to fruition for the team.
  • Identify key insights and develop business case requirements by analyzing data, market trends, and competitive products.
  • Be the champion for product & customer success KPI’s and continually seek paths to drive improvements. Rapidly test and iterate hypotheses to improve metrics.
  • Conduct customer research and usability studies to identify opportunities that improve the overall product experience.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to support go-to-market plans for product releases, PR events, and customer outreach.
  • Identify potential partners to extend value proposition and champion new integrations
  • Support customer care teams by communicating new features, providing training materials and assets, and attending customer care events.
  • Be an evangelist for the product and drive the vision of our new online appointments product throughout the organization


  • You are a creative product manager that is able to effectively balance business, engineering and technical requirements in order to deliver solutions that delight customers and deliver business results.
  • You are an exceptional communicator and comfortable communicating with a broad range of stakeholders and customers.
  • You have strong user empathy and business judgement.
  • Experience conceptualizing, defining, and commercializing new product features for end users
  • Experience working closely with data to derive actionable insights and learnings
  • Experience with customer research; enjoy digging deep on use case details and customer needs
  • Experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment. Experience “owning” and prioritizing the product backlog for a diverse set of stakeholders.
