In this role you take over responsibility for driving business with our existing partnerships within the eCommerce ecosystem, like Carts, Payment Service Providers and Agencies. You support our partners in all relevant topics and are primary point of contact. Development and growth of our mutual customers, i. e. merchants, is the key of this partnerships. Furthermore you are aiming at gaining new SMB merchants or drive upsells among existing merchants together with the partners (indirect sales) You drive and maintain our existing partnerships and take responsibility for setting up and execute initiatives to achieve the defined goals. You work closely together with other departments like sales, sales engineering, account management, marketing, etc.

(Senior) Partner Manager DACH (m/w)

Responsibilities:

•       having sole responsibility of strategic important, partially international partnerships

•       Creation and negotiation of partner agreements

•       Development and execution of detailed plans of partner portfolio

•       Analysis and optimization of integration- and onboarding processes of merchants via partners

•       Development and execution of strategies and concepts to gain and maintain SMB merchants through Communication campaigns set up with partners

•       Coordination of virtual, international teams, such as product development and Marketing

•       Leadership and representation of overarching projects and initiatives within team and with colleagues from other regions

Profile:

•       Successfully completed Master studies or equivalent degree/experience

•       Track record of at least 3 years of project and business experience, preferably within (e)commerce, online payments, software

•       Being passionate about new business models in a very agile environment

•       Perfect organizational, communicative skills; showing leadership even without formal people management

•       Ability to negotiate at all levels of seniority

•       Experience in Data analysis and –interpretation; market trends and customer information and ability to accurately present the results

•       Ability to forge and manage strong relationships internally and externally, communicating and liaising at all levels of the organization and with clients

•       German and English fluently, willingness to travel
