The Senior Manager SMB and Channel marketing is responsible for the development and execution of acquisition and engagement marketing initiatives for our Business customer segment across the markets portfolio. The role focuses on delivering best in class, locally relevant initiatives that will grow and maximize the value of the existing Business customer base. Success will be defined by acquisition of high value customers, increased product penetration, CV & retention.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for SMB segment to deliver locally relevant and delightful experiences
  • Acquisition campaigns
  • Lifecycle programs to drive engagement with our existing customer base
  • Paid media campaign launches, performance reviews and optimization
  • Website channel optimization initiatives
  • Co-marketing initiatives with our strategic channel partners
  • Leverage our existing capabilities and partner with the appropriate teams to pilot and test new enablers using a Test-Measure-Learn-Iterate framework.
  • Identify, prioritize and deliver local and regional partnership initiatives to drive growth for the portfolio.
  • Implement & optimize local multi-channel programs that positively impact key metrics across Activation, Engagement and Churn CRM lifecycle stages.
  • Review and highlight opportunities on customer metrics within the portfolio, specifically on performance of our existing Business customer segment (new activations, upgrades, churn, etc).

Key Skills/Experience

  • 8+ years B2B strategic marketing expert with merchant payments experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in delivering full funnel integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in International markets. 
  • Hands on strong executor who’s comfortable playing an individual contributor role.
  • Deliver on time and in line with budget allocated
  • Brilliant collaborator, one team player strong ability to prioritise and balance multiple workstreams.
  • Work with partners and analytics to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environment, embracing change & delivering strong business outcomes.
