Sr. Manager for Acquisitions and enterprise sales teams, is a member of the Global Sales Operations org and acts as the central point of contact for Acquisitions and BD teams

  • Be an independent self starter who will be able to help setup end 2 end sales process for Acquisitions and BD team
  • Have prior experience managing c-level relationships
  • Help roll out globally aligned Pipeline and forecasting process in addition to establishing regular cadence with sales leaders to drive forecast accuracy, accountability and adoption of all sales tool
  • Implement best practice sales processes
  • Help drive and execute on strategy for incentive plan
  • Support sales ops activities related to managing compensation reporting, Salesforce deal management, pipeline reporting and quarterly business reviews and UAT for new features
  • Process Optimizations: Identify bottlenecks across deal pipelines and work with Deal Desks to optimize deal and information flow through
  • Territory Planning – Assess and optimize territory / portfolio alignments and recommend adjustments as needed
  • Incentive Strategy Support & Quota Setting – Partner with the Finance Compensation COE on Incentive Strategy and facilitate timely allocation of targets to the sales teams leveraging market and customer knowledge
  • Account Planning – Create account planning processes that prioritizes continuity of account ownership, supports efforts to drive new customer acquisition, and increases efficiencies and maximize revenue within existing and new customers
  • Sales Effectiveness & Strategic Initiatives – Support and lead strategic performance improvement initiatives, representing Global Sales Operations within cross functional programs
  • Drive initiatives in Sales Transformation office which help collect feedback from merchants and partners and up-level key issues to PayPal’s senior leadership
  • Pass aggregated merchant inputs to PMM/GTM teams and help them prioritize product road maps and business cases    
  • Establish effective working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders: Global Sales Operations Partner COEs, Finance, Marketing, HR, and others
  • Data Analytics & Excel Modeling – Partner with analytics team to develop strong data driven analytics muscle and support in creation of sales insights reports for sales planning function
