The Sr. Manager of Revenue Optimization will assist in driving profitability for the US Consumer Credit business. This requires a focus on both short-term and long-term strategic goals, KPI management, and innovation. The Sr. Manager of Revenue Optimization will assist in driving profitability for the US Consumer Credit business.   • Drives revenue growth; responsible for identifying and driving growth strategies which will deliver both ST and LT revenue for US Consumer Credit. Develops new ideas and approaches to deliver revenue growth.
  • Provide inputs for business cases and product innovation. Encourage entire business to challenge traditional assumptions.
  • Informs the generation of new levers and monitoring tools to identify opportunities for improving our marketplace and driving growth; drives the balance between top and bottom line growth.
  • Partners closely with Data & Analytics to ensure design analytics and monitoring tools including dashboards, reports, and alerts.
  • Works cross-functionally to align goals, priorities and KPIs to deliver against critical KPIs.
  • Supports Sales by delivering unique merchant pricing and data insights which facilitate closing deals. 
  • Develop customer view across credit products and the corresponding strategies to most effectively serve those customers.
  • Lead US Consumer Credit organization in beating the competitors.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years experience in strategic analysis
