The Role

As the country Sr. Marketing Manager for the FR/IT/ES (France, Italy, Spain) region,  you will be responsible for marketing across PayPal’s Enterprise segment in the Frites markets. You will drive marketing strategy and operational execution in alignment with Sales, and Product, and will own PayPal’s Enterprise portfolio marketing performance across these southern European countries.

Sr. Marketing Manager for the FR/IT/ES (m/f)


  • Responsible for driving PayPal’s Enterprise FR/IT/ES market positioning, preference, and marketing sourced pipeline/revenue performance. Build marketing programs that target key enterprise accounts, drive strong value propositions, and position PayPal as a payments and commerce thought leader across southern Europe.
  • Think and act both strategically and tactically - from the market level strategies to creation of plans, to the execution, and analysis of business impact.
  • Work with our partners in sales, product, customer success, comms, and analytics to track the effectiveness of our campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Partner with our FR/IT/ES sales leaders to prioritize support of existing merchant portfolio and support of new business pipeline
  • Demonstrated ability to define clear, measurable strategies and follow-through to implementation and measurement. ​


  • Several years’ Marketing experience in Enterprise B2B, with direct experience in marketing in Europe, preferably on french, spanish or italian markets
  • Growth marketing mindset and experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Comfort working with cross-functional groups and sales leadership
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Flexible and able to operate in a changing environment
  • Strong and effective communicator

  • Fluent English, French or Spanish or Italian language a plus
