The Senior Manager, Credit Internal Controls will create an effective monitoring and control for credit bureau process in PayPal Global Credit.    This will include: Building a robust Governance and Control Framework for the long term operation of Credit Bureau Reporting (including the writing of Policies, Standards, and SOP documentation).   Supporting efforts for annual risk and compliance plan for PayPal Global Credit.   Engaging key partners, tracking progress and closing items in the plan Position may manage the efforts of others

Works on problems that impact success of product, or problems that address future products or technologies.  Contributes to next generation product development; generates new ideas.   Assigned the most complex and critical problems/projects.

Innovative – links multiple and varied concepts to develop new and workable ideas.

Also requires all competencies from lower levels.

Required Skills:

BS/BA degree in related field required or equivalent professional work related experience.

10+ years professional related work experience or Master’s degree and 9+ years.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for Credit and/or Financial Services industry required

Team player with excellent written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills - must be able to analyze complex data, draw meaningful/accurate conclusions, and make holistic business recommendations 
Ability to approach problems in a quantitative and qualitative manner, and partner with the business to understand their needs, and drive solutions specifically around Issues 
Ability to work independently and assume personal responsibility for achieving outcomes, often for multiple concurrent deliverables
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, to provide potential solutions, to track issue status, and to report findings to partners, management and cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills; prioritization, decisioning and task management skills with attention to detail and a focus on deliverables with time limitations
