We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Central Marketing Planning and Team Operations to join our Growth Marketing organization. In this role, you will be uniquely positioned to drive cross-team connectivity via ongoing planning, OPEX and workforce management, and short-term strategic initiatives. You will work alongside the major marketing function leaders to ensure the team is making progress in the right direction and that processes make the team work faster and smarter. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Planning and Team Operations group, you will be working as a strategist, consultant, and implementor in collaboration with the Growth Marketing leadership team and key partners across Finance and HR. You will be aligning the strategic priorities with key organizations across the business and help implement initiatives to drive teams forward. The team provides data-driven insights, cross-functional alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives in alignment with business goals.

Primary Job Responsibilities: 

  • Set SLAs and partner with Finance and HR for disciplined management of Marketing OPEX allocations, spend tracking and workforce​ 

Clearly defined requirements and priorities for analytics and ETX in line with marketing programs and marketing roadmap 

  • Develop and lead programs connected to annual planning and budgeting, people development, leadership communications, and stakeholder management 

  • Be an effective communicator with a bias for prioritization, structured problem solving, agility, and creativity to help build business relationships and collaboration across functions 

  • Be a cultural ambassador and champion for One Team behaviors and inclusivity

  • Experience driving and managing change collaboratively and transparently in a matrixed organization

  • Program Management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives with varying timelines across a distributed set of stakeholders 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to build compelling presentation and communication materials 

  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and influencing skills to build trust and lasting partnerships with diverse global teams 


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree 

  • Experience working with workforce planning tools, Microsoft Suite 

  • Quantitative background with experience in consumer marketing required 

  • Background in budgeting, marketing planning, and financial forecasting strongly preferred 

  • 10+ years of experience working in strategic planning, operations, or similar functions 

  • Fluency in English is required
