The Sr Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for performing reporting and analysis that supports Global Business Financing Solutions. The individual in this role will focus on developing reports, maintaining the current reporting suite and performing ad-hoc analysis using data. Working with several different departments, this individual should have a passion for "digging into data", a strong attention to detail and a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment. This individual will also serve as a leader on the BI team, working closely with teammates and managing projects.

Responsibilities

- Translate business requests into production reports and business recommendations

- Perform ongoing analysis of data to understand trends and identify associated trend drivers

- Develop ad-hoc reports as requested

- Evaluate and update programming code to ensure reporting aligns with changes in the business

- Maintain the processes that perform daily automated reporting

Qualifications

- At least six to eight years of working experience in an analytical role

- Bachelors degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or other quantitative field, Master's degree preferred

- Extensive experience using SQL and structured databases

- Experience with any of the following coding languages: Python, R or SAS

- Experience with visualizations tools such as Qlikview or Tableau

- Ability to translate business questions into structured reports/analysis

- Proven leadership ability
