Site Reliability Engineering - Snap Auto Triage Platform - A whole new way of triaging issues and alerts. Snap encompasses issue intake for customer reported issues through SISP [ Issue Submission Portal] and Application Monitoring alerts. Auto Triaging them with aid of the triage data/elements collected and calling various Fetchers. The assimilated triage results presents the possible root causes for issues and alerts of all priorities reported by our customers and from our Site monitoring assisting our Operations and Product development team to fix the issue at hand. Leveraging the issue data by cataloging and applying machine learning concepts to build assimilation and predictive root cause.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, development, and testing of features delivered as applications and/or services for Snap Platform
Collaborating with peers and leads both within the team and across the organization.
Working with scrum teams and product managers using agile methodologies to deliver high quality solutions on time.
Working with operations teams to ensure applications and services are highly available and reliable.
Being dynamic, collaborative and curious, as you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where continuous experimentation and innovation are a given.
Supporting applications and/or services as and when required on a 24x7 basis.
