We have an exciting opening for a high performing marketing professional reporting to the Head of Strategic B2B Marketing to develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications programmes to drive growth in the SMB segment. We are looking to create innovative and impactful marketing programs that accelerate and deliver business results. You will have a an excellent understanding of SMB customers and their needs as well as an deep understanding of the different channels SMBs use. The role involves responsibility for driving strategic marketing initiatives for the Thailand business.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive acquisition and growth of the small business segment.
  • Create and deliver engaging and compelling propositions to drive small business growth
  • Manage and oversee campaigns using various channels
  • Marketing lead on Cross Functional Go to Market projects for new product and feature launches
  • Become a key member of cross functional teams to create and deliver robust marketing plans through to execution
  • Drive and report performance metrics to maximize ROI.
  • Play a broader role in the Thailand Marketing team, contributing to best practice and team development.
  • Support additional projects as required to drive growth from our merchant base.

Essential Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Experience gained in a position such as a SMB Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing, Website, Proposition Development, Integrated Campaign Management, Senior Campaign Manager or similar. Experience to have included marketing campaign management, agency management, budget / commercial management, presentation skills, team / stakeholder management.
  • Skills & Abilities: results oriented; customer focused; creative flair and commercially minded, analytically savvy; team player; strong communicator/influencer; strong project management skills; a self-starter - proactive and adaptable work-style; able to get results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Knowledge required: understanding of the payments industry and/or online business segment an advantage
