The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.

This individual should have a passion for empathizing with the needs and behaviors of people, the business, and how to solve for them through design.

Leadership and facilitation of discussion and activities between key parties to drive momentum and credibility within one team: participating in delivery, planning and coordination efforts.

Drives the success of UX team delivery, furthering internal and external perception and goals through the oversight and guidance of a smaller UX team within a work stream or sprint.

Formally mentors more junior UX resources, providing goals, development, career insight and guidance in facilitating discussions, creation of frameworks, presentations, and deliverables (analysis, models, wireframes, workflows, interaction sequences.)

Determines best UX solutions based on multiple factors that are multi-system extensible and helps to determine overall direction, identifying challenges and adapting as needed based on the context of the solution and customer.

Fosters UX artifact reuse and consistency across team members and/or projects and provides detailed feedback regarding all UX deliverables and outputs.

Identifies tool inefficiencies and challenges, imagines and proposes tool optimization opportunities, escalates tool issues for broader UX discipline evolution.
