Member of a global team of ITSM administrators and developers. Assess, implement, and automate Remedy capabilities in keeping with business requirements. Create and implement models of service requests, including frontend look-and-feel and backend workflows, for production deployment. Eliminate customizations, use integrated product functionality in BMC Remedy ITSM and BMC Atrium Orchestrator. Implement necessary connectors and integrations into a common framework. Migrate legacy workflows onto the ITSM platform.

•Support the delivery of new IT service requests.
•Undertake in depth analysis of client processes and assessment workflow requirements.
•Recommend appropriate use of the BMC Atrium Orchestrator solution and BMC ITSM product suite.
•Collaborate with ITSM team to develop, test, and deploy agreed upon solutions.
•Troubleshoot Remedy workflow, foundational data, and system issues.
•Assist with ITSM team’s roadmap to implement and update MyIT, SmartIT, Service Requests, Incident, Change, and Problem Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Service Request Management, and other applications and workflows in the Remedy ITSM suite.
•Remedy migrations, patching, and upgrades.
•Provide general support and operation of the BMC Remedy ITSM platform
•Technology operations, support, duty support, monitoring, and remediation.
•Requires significant experience with BMC Remedy, ITSM suite, Atrium Orchestrator, CMDB.
