Xoom is looking for a Product Manager in the San Francisco office to join our Consumer Applications Product Team and to help us deliver the next generation of international money services. For this role, we are seeking a Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing multiple priorities, and fostering positive relationships with engineering and design teams.

In a typical day, you might:

  • Lead a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative experiences for Xoom customers that support executive and corporate strategic direction
  • Identify, design, experiment and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market research
  • Build relationships with the wide array of teams who own elements of the vision to share execution and create disciplined accountability
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions
  • Maintain and communicate progress on initiatives to stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience working as a Product Manager for a consumer facing application at a top tech or payments company
  • Success in managing a product in all lifecycle stages – from conception through to launch
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to determine the right metrics to measure and turn data into insight
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player; ability to interface and build relationships at all levels within the organization
  • Confident presenter who can drive results and obtain stakeholder buy-in  
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills with an ability to thrive in an environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration
  • Developing software in an Agile environment


  • Knowledge about the international remittance market
  • Passion for revolutionizing international money transfer services


  • Computer Science or similar technical degree; if not, successful professional experiences in working within a product development organization
