Billing Products is at the heart of what PayPal does with its offering on Recurring Subscription and Vaulted Payments capabilities to handle payment transactions that involves PayPal. In this context, we are seeking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to understand the customer aspiration and is passionate about creating great product and experiences which is simple but effective.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall consumer experience for onboarding and managing the entire lifecycle for Recurring Subscriptions and Vaulted Payments
  • Create a deep understanding of the customers, their problems, their aspirations and ability to structure customer Insights
  • Effectively execute working with 3-in-a-box with product, design and engineering teams building products across multiple geographies
  • Maintain the product roadmap, managing backlog prioritization
  • Be comfortable with interacting with senior executives both inside and outside the company, providing thought leadership and identifying new business opportunities both within PayPal Inc and externally
  • You will be authoring detailed product requirements and lead an agile team to enhance buyer experiences
  • You must have ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a positive, productive and transparent way to be successful in a matrix environment


  • A strong track record of delivering high quality products and experiences that consumers love and have a real business impact in a high growth environment
  • Solid understanding of basic UX principles and appreciation for the difference between mobile and desktop eCommerce
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand and get customer insights
  • Proven experience of managing products in an Agile environment, especially working with external partners
  • Own metrics of your products and drive fast iterations of experiments
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player- ability to interface and build relations at all levels internally and externally
  • 7+ years of overall industry experience
  • Prefer 5+ years of experience in high-tech industry. Bachelor’s required


  • Experience in building consumer facing mobile experiences in eCommerce environment
  • Experience with FinTec industry
  • MBA
