We're one of the largest global retailers of App Store & iTunes digital gift codes, and sell over 500 of the world's top retail and digital content brands. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - preferably with experience within an eCommerce environment - to join a team that is passionate about delivering best-in-class gifting solutions to our global consumer base.

Following an extensive re-platforming project, we're now focussed on delivering exceptional eCommerce experiences integrated into PayPal's core products, and re-inventing the way merchant branded currency is positioned to become a more accessible everyday product in both PayPal and third-party user experiences.

Help us re-invent digital gifting for consumers around the world, exposing merchant branded currency into our P2P channels and discovering new ways to engage both buyers and gifting recipients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall customer experience on PayPal Digital Gifts global sites using performance data to optimize the journey and drive conversion
  • Plan and manage new site features and capabilities that improve performance, merchandising, customer engagement and conversion
  • Lead efforts to bring new personalized gifting experiences to life for our consumers
  • Facilitate full product lifecycle events with research, design, engineering, business and customer support teams (requirements gathering, UX design, Agile-framework development, performance analysis etc.)
  • Effectively execute working with 3-in-a-box design and engineering teams building products across multiple geographies
  • Maintain the product roadmap, managing backlog prioritization
  • Be comfortable with interacting with senior executives both inside and outside the company, providing thought leadership and identifying new business opportunities both within PayPal Inc and externally
  • Work cross-organizationally with sales, product marketing, marketing, global operations, legal, compliance, risk management and other functional areas, to ensure alignment with related go-to-market activities

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Highly desirable: experience working within a consumer-facing eCommerce environment
  • Understanding of gift card/stored value and/or financial services domains
  • Proven experience of managing products in an Agile environment, especially working with external partners
  • Solid understanding of basic UX principles and appreciation for the differences between mobile and desktop eCommerce
  • Experience working with Global (non-US) markets
  • A strong track record of delivering high quality products and customer experiences in a high growth environment where priorities and structures may shift
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary due to dynamic nature of discussions with other engineering and product teams
