  • Be responsible for conducting rigorous data analysis to help improve customer experiences and identify profitable growth opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to build world-class products and design hypothesis-driven experiments; make clear, coherent and holistic recommendations based on test results
  • Leverage Objective & Key Results (OKR) framework to identify product metrics and monitor product performance through dashboards and ad hoc analysis
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior-level/non-technical stakeholders
  • Be expected to roll up your sleeves and conduct your own analysis, while also being capable of leading a small team of analytics domain experts for your product area
  • Break down product problem statements for quantitative analysis and then use data to help drive decisions 
  • Enable decision-making around product solutions and capability by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources to present in an actionable format
  • Analyze large data sets using a variety of database query
  • Design and develop key performance metrics and indicators along with Product Owners using standardized and custom reports
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to solve time sensitive operational issues and use cases
  • Partner with Domain leads and Product Owners to document and translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Manage the roadmap for product analytics based on programs and product backlogs
  • Collaborate with Product Owners across 4 Geographical locations


  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations 
  • Data driven mindset, with a degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics;  Masters or MBA preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.   
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Fluent in SQL and Excel; experience with a statistical programming language (e.g., R, Python), visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlikview, and/or web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics) preferred but not required
  • Prior work experience in digital (website/marketing/product) analytics, management consulting, investment banking, and/or consumer financial products is highly valued
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a small team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics
  • Previous experience in Compliance Domain
