This role reports to the Head of Business Marketing and is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that target businesses (large enterprise, mid-market and small businesses), delivering world class experiences for our business customers to drive effective acquisition, activation and retention activities.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a business marketing team that is famous for identifying, creating and delivering growth and renowned for executional excellence
  • Create and execute initiatives to meet acquisition, activation and retention metrics, across all channels – CRM, Search & Digital, Social, Owned channels and Website
  • Work closely with Channel and Sales teams to support in winning new business, driving co-marketing programmes
  • Build and foster great relationships within the overall AU team, Regional and Global teams and partner to deliver localized marketing programmes
  • Measure and report on marketing ROI and impact to AU business
  • Drive a customer-led, insights focused approach to intelligently use data and research in decision making
  • Work closely with the Consumer Marketing team to ensure alignment across customer experience, goals and activity
  • Partner effectively with marketing agencies to deliver campaigns
  • Provide insights on merchant trends and attitudes to managing their business in AU and globally
  • Be a passionate voice of the customer

Experience required

  • Experience working in cross-functional, multi-market teams
  • Experience in developing and managing marketing programmes to deliver against a set of financial targets
  • Understanding of the Australian business market landscape
  • Experience in Digital, Social and/or CRM
  • Ability to understand and analyse data to identify opportunities or issues, understand campaign results and measure portfolio performance
  • Hands on marketer with track record of delivering
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Some international travel may be required
