The regional marketing team is responsible for building scalable capabilities, driving synergy across programs that need to be executed regionally, and supporting the in-market teams with enablers such as OPEX management, regional planning and the regular operating rhythm. The Regional Marketing Program Manager, APAC (Consumer), reports into the Director of Planning and Regional Marketing Programs and will support the planning and execution of regional marketing programs.

The key areas of responsibilities for the Regional Marketing Program Manager, APAC are:

  • Program Leader for regional consumer growth programs. This entails
  • Creating visibility of key programs amongst key marketing stakeholders
  • Partnering with global brand team to articulate consumer value prop and/or messaging hierarchy as it relates to consumer segments and programs
  • Collaborating with regional and local marketing teams to develop marketing plans (targeting, hypotheses, marketing objectives, customer journey map/channel selection)
  • Driving execution of regional marketing programs via briefing of regional and local execution teams and reporting of overall results from APAC markets
  • Management of centrally managed OPEX budgets for regional initiatives (Travel)
  • Coordinate APAC Localized Integrated Marketing to support GTM effort on Product Marketing for regional consumer product launches and product cross-sell programs. This includes:
  • Partnering with PMM and Launch to understand the product roadmap (consumer) and APAC launch timing and share marketing plans via co-leadership of the PMM Marketing Working Group forum
  • One Team – embedding new way of working across region via partnership with Lifecycle, PMM, GTM and Strategy teams to create aligned and shared KPI’s for product penetration and cross sell initiatives
  • Collaborating with regional and local marketing teams to develop marketing plans (targeting, hypotheses, marketing objectives, customer journey map/channel selection)
  • Driving execution of plans for consumer product cross-sell programs and new product launches via briefing of regional and local execution teams
  • Partner with PMM / GTM on post-launch reviews and product penetration / cross sell initiatives
  • Management of consumer-related central OPEX budget for product penetration and cross-sell

  • Achievement of marketing objectives and aligned business KPI’s for consumer product penetration (new product launches) and cross-sell
  • Ability to create insight and visibility to key stakeholders on the performance of these programs
  • Stakeholder feedback on collaboration and effective working relationships

We welcome outstanding individuals with the following skills, experiences, and personality:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and execution
  • An outstanding influencer and communicator
  • Ability to dive into numbers and results and communicate key learnings
  • Successful track record for working and collaborating as a team, and across multiple stakeholders, to deliver project outcomes
  • High degree of change agility and ability to adapt and respond to external and internal changes
  • Extremely well organized and able to juggle multiple demands and timelines
  • Positive, energetic, and able to build rapport quickly with in-market teams and regional platform teams
  • Consumer experience preferred. Understanding of the financial services, financial tech and payments industry/ecosystem a plus
