Senior Enterprise Sales Analyst – Demand Generation

Job Description

Come join our innovative Marketing team and help enable a world class Sales team. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Analyst within the Demand Generation organization, you will be responsible for spearheading a data-driven approach to global lead generation for Enterprise Sales. The successful candidate will be passionate about B2B lead generation and predictive analytics - with the ability to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Serve as key subject matter expert (SME) on Demand Generation team for supporting the Enterprise Sales team
  • Lead the data strategy, targeting and execution for all lead generation related campaigns and collaborate with partners to enable other omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Integrate data from multiple sources and leverage that to deliver new and highest qualified leads to Enterprise Sales
  • Drive the development of new targeting models and approaches to optimize and scale our global lead generation machine
  • Ensure a strong analytical approach for delivering impactful insights and accurate / meaningful reporting for all campaigns
  • Coordinate with the ABM, GTM and Growth teams to develop, test and scale lead generation programs across the globe
  • Have fun while driving innovation at one of the top brands on the Internet with the help of cutting-edge technologies

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B lead generation experience with global experience preferred
  • 7+ years of recent SQL experience or equivalent with Python experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Finance) - MBA or advanced quantitative degree is a plus 
  • Proven understanding of commercial data and how to leverage that to drive marketing and sales campaigns
  • Experience in segmentation and managing predictive analytics
  • Working knowledge in relevant technologies: Salesforce, Teradata, Eloqua
  • Excellent collaboration and partnership skills for working across organizations, cultures, and geographies
  • Ability to drive collaboration within a matrixed environment and thrive in an unstructured environment
  • Strong communication skills and results-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an appreciation of diversity in teamwork
