Senior Data Analyst, B2B Database Marketing (12 Months Training Programme)

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyse Merchants’ transaction information, in order to identify trends in the data and propose new omnichannel campaigns that will drive more revenue to the company.  

  • Drive the development of new targeting models and approaches to optimise and scale our global database marketing machine.  

  • Ensure a strong analytical approach for delivering impactful insights and accurate/meaningful reporting for all campaigns.  

  • Partner with various business team to evaluate and determine the optimal campaigns that Sales teams should work.  

  • Have a strong understanding of the underlying Analytics architecture and processes to aid in decision making. 

  • Work with Sales and Marketing team on ad-hoc strategic projects. 

  • Plan and drive medium scale projects or programmes, including allocating resources to different parts, and engaging stakeholders on the project's progress and outcomes 


  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, BA, Mathematics, Economics, Finance) – MBA or advanced quantitative degree is a plus

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B, lead generation or marketing analytics

  • Minimum 2 years of recent SQL experience with a deep understanding of structure and unstructured databases

  • Strong experience in Python, R or other language to performance data analytical tasks

  • Proven understanding of commercial data and how to leverage that to drive marketing and sales campaigns

  • Working knowledge in relevant technologies – Salesforce, Teradata, Eloqua

  • Able to drive collaboration within a matrixed environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented and an appreciation of diversity in teamwork
