The Segment Manager will primarily be responsible for the SEA freelancer portfolio in addition to managing partnerships in PH relevant to the segment.

Success in this position requires a close understanding of key business drivers and an appreciation of the cause & effect relationship of actions to aid planning, decision making & recommendations, driving performance/results and consulting on the right set of corrective actions using the ability to zero into what’s working/not working.


  • Track & monitor all the variables impacting freelancer segment portfolio health. Understand current behavior from the lens of past trends and develop a keen sense of gaps and/or opportunities in performance
  • Convert business questions into problems for data analyses and come up with actionable insights to impact growth
  • End-to-end ownership of initiatives to positively impact the trajectory of the portfolio and deliver against in-year P&L goals
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to design, estimate potential benefit and execute new/existing projects
  • Manage multiple priorities through solid program management practices and get things done through influencing both internal & external stakeholders
  • Communicate complex concepts and results with clear and effective visualization (e.g. Excel Charts and PowerPoint slides)
  • Support engagements with new/existing Philippines partnerships

Job Requirements

  • 8 - 10 years of work experience in portfolio & program management in relevant industries like financial services, telcos, ecommerce etc.
  • Knowledge of/interest in payments and other online ecosystems
  • Comfortable in working with data to closely understand key business drivers and apply cause & effect relationships of actions in planning, decision making & recommendations, driving performance/results and consulting on the right set of corrective actions using the ability to zero into what’s working/not working
  • Experienced in the manipulation and visualization of datasets – advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills a must - SQL and Teradata or other database management systems a plus
  • Proven track record of project management ability & program execution delivery of multiple work-streams concurrently
  • Strong desire and ability to work in a dynamic, innovative & fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Post-graduate credentials preferred
