About
The Enterprise Cyber Security (ECS) organization is looking for a passionate, self-driven product manager that will help to enhance and enable PayPal’s ability to expand and protect the brand by maturing a global portfolio of information security services, tools and product capabilities. As a member of the product management team you will be responsible both for existing products and services as well as helping in innovating and executing product initiatives from an ideation to release. As a product manager you will be responsible for defining roadmaps, connect with internal and external customers, and act as both an inbound and outbound product manager to enable PayPal business while continuing to protect the brand.

Specific Responsibilities
Manage several security products and services, build roadmaps for security products and services, work with engineering and infrastructure teams to develop new security capabilities for the company.
Required Skills
Manage existing products through proper methodologies and practices
Lead product lifecycle from ideation through technical development, to launch
Define product scope, capabilities, KPI’s
Define product goals
Build and maintain a product backlog and roadmap
Work with Engineering, Architecture and Infrastructure teams to successful delivery of features and capabilities
Work closely with customers to identify needs and requirements
Assess gaps between current and target security architectures, evaluate options, and develop appropriate solution strategies leveraging PayPal's technologies in combination with open source and COTS products.
Represent PayPal security to external parties in building long-term roadmaps for external security products

Experience Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in Cyber security - Must
2-3+ years of experience as a Product manager - Must
Experience working in cyber/tech startups - Strong advantage
Demonstrated successful record in defining product roadmaps
Tech savvy which loves to stay on top of industry trends
Experience designing and delivering internet-scale, enterprise-wide cyber security technology products and capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills – written and verbal
Innovative, entrepreneurial, ability to multitask
Ability to push ideas and influence decision making in a collaborative manner
Highly motivated, goal driven, Can-do approach, curious and open minded
