The Product Solutions Manager, Southeast Asia is part of the APAC Product Marketing (PMM) Team, which is setup to drive product solutions and go-to-market for APAC in partnership with global product and launch teams, APAC country teams and external partners.


  • Represent the Southeast Asia BU in product planning and product validations, and serve as the key connection between the regional PMM teams and the Southeast Asia team.
  • Be responsible for leading go-to-market and commercialization of new products into the Southeast Asia market – including strategic fit, benefits to the business, and test and ramp plans.
  • As a senior member of the Southeast Asia BU team, this person should deliver visibility of what new products will be launched in the market (and their impact to the BU), as well as contributing local knowledge and requirements that will help deliver compelling business cases for new products launching into the Southeast Asian market.
  • Be the product subject matter expert for the Southeast Asia BU
  • Work independently on Strategic Initiatives (Cross Border Trade Opportunites, new market entry etc), BD/LM Deals and quick win product initiatives.
  • Responsible for addressing and identifying new product opportunites for both consumer and merchants, based on insights, the competitive/regulatory landscape and BU strategies.
  • Ensure deep understanding of the opportunity at hand and with intimate knowledge of PayPal systems, to support the design of relevant solutions that address market opportunities

Job Requirements

We welcome outstanding individuals with the following skills, experiences, and personality:

  • 10+ years of product marketing, marketing, software product management or launch management experience
  • Successful track record or working and collaborating as a team, and across multiple stakeholders, to deliver project outcomes
  • Knowledgeable in technology with the ability to get up to speed on PayPal’s product suite quickly
  • Knowledge in customer driven innovation is preferred, or ability to get up to speed quickly on the process and various research methodologies
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit with a “hands on” approach
  • Ability to relate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business, including the senior leadership team
  • Highly efficient with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Resilient and adaptable to change and a fast-paced environment

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years professional related work experience
