As our Salesforce Developer, you will be required to design, develop and provide ongoing support of CRM to our business. Our Salesforce Developer must be hands-on and have proven experience in developing and enhancing in a global environment. You will also work to understand other business processes internally and how we leverage the Salesforce platform to address those business needs. Our developer must also work within our governance model to ensure continued functionality and overall platform health.


  • Provide on-going development, integration and administrative support to quickly fix production issues with and provide on-going maintenance/ enhancements
  • Work and deliver under tight and ever-changing deadlines with the ability to multi-task.
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the platform.
  • Participate in technical discussions.
  • Partner with business representatives and business analysts to understand their needs.
  • Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a solution to support our business unit stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholders are regularly updated on the progress of their request.
  • Manage and enforce the CRM Change Management Process from development sandboxes to Production.  Ensure that all necessary changes are documented, reviewed, tested, and approved before being deployed.
  • Manage all processes (export reports permission, public chatter groups etc) to ensure InfoSec and Risk guidelines are being followed and all information is correctly documented to adhere to an audit.
  • Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements (i.e. Lightening; Continuous Integration; etc).

Technical Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of strong technical experience with
  • Proficient in custom objects, workflow and validation rules, email templates, formulas, dashboards & reporting, Sandbox-to-Production processes
  • 3-4 years of experience of Apex (Language, Trigger, Class, Web Service), Visual Force (Page, Component, Controllers), SOQL
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Lightning Framework
  • Experience on Service Cloud, LiveChat etc. highly desired
  • Experience working with Salesforce API and integrating third-party components into Salesforce
  • 1-2 years of experience working in REST API and building integration from/to Salesforce
  • Training and experience as a Salesforce Developer (SF 401 Certification or SF 501 Certification is preferred)
  • Experience with release and change management solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated; works independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, especially in representing their technical expertise to a diverse audience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook

  • Ability to manage multiple and diverse Salesforce initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with all phases of the systems development lifecycle.  
  • Provide stakeholders with relevant and consistent communication:  level of effort assessments, expectation setting, and stakeholder updates.
  • Strong team player who puts the customer first, be it internal or external customer.
  • Understanding of JavaScript capabilities
  • Understanding of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Features
  • Understanding of Salesforce Change Management
