Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

  • Help secure new merchants by assisting the inside sales team ensure the alignment of the merchant’s needs to PayPal’s customized payment solutions.
  • Serve as the liaison between merchants and PayPal team including telesales representatives and internal partners.
  • Serve as a collaboration expert to all merchants and inside sales representatives throughout the entire sales process.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks and expectations from both merchants and teammates.
  • Maintain consistently high quality with all tasks for both merchants and the inside sales team.
  • Effectively communicate a high level of technical, e-commerce, and business acumen between both inside sales and internal partners at PayPal.
  • Approval monitoring processes across cross-functional teams globally
  • Open to receiving and providing coaching

  • Consistently meet or exceed pre-determined expectations
  • Confidently set, adjust, or toggle settings within an account (PayPal, Payflow, Braintree, Salesforce, etc.)

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma with at least 3+ years of equivalent successful inside sales experience.
  • 1+ years of PayPal experience is a plus
  • Must be quality and detailed oriented, yet understand the level of detail appropriate for each situation.
  • PayPal Risk and Compliance experience a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong working knowledge of the internet, e-commerce, and suite of Microsoft Office products.

  • Self-sufficient, self-directed individual who understands the needs of direct and channel sales teams
