The successful candidate will be highly effective in navigating a matrix organisation and driving forward the next wave of growth across our large enterprise merchants.

Education required:


Bachelors/Masters Degree or Equivalent (MBA a plus)


Experience required:

  • Experienced gained in such positions/industries as Banking, Strategy, Commercial, Growth, Consultancy would be advantegous
  • Has worked in an environment of continuous change and complexity- and been able drive quality insights, initiatives and deliver high impact projects
  • Worked in a results oriented environment and demonstrated working well under pressure

Skills & Abilities required:

  • The ideal candidate will be able to do more than merely report on the metrics and create power point presentation. They will be able to prioritise and influence the organization to implement the various initiatives by collaborating supporting Senior Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents and our finance teams.
  • Ability to proactively identify and develop metrics which would be valuable to support the decision making for strategic projects.
  • Effective time-management and prioritization skills to manage workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally, interfacing at all levels
  • Must be eager to learn, contribute and share knowledge – internally and externally

Knowledge required:

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and offer insight and recommendations into business opportunities.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint & Business Objects / Microstrategy analytical tools
